About Our Service
What areas do you cover for pickup and delivery?
We serve customers across Malaysia and Singapore. Pickup and delivery are included in all package prices. Contact us on WhatsApp for arrangements in your area.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Every package price is fully inclusive of home pickup, the freeze-drying process, labeling of all sachets, and home delivery back to you across Malaysia and Singapore. The only possible addition is for remote locations requiring special courier arrangements — this would be discussed and agreed before any collection.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my package?
Yes! If you're unsure about your volume, start with a smaller package and upgrade later. Contact us via WhatsApp and we can discuss options before or within the same collection window.
What if my milk volume is between packages?
Choose the package that covers your volume. For example, if you have 8L of milk, choose the Essential Pack (up to 15L). We only charge for the package tier, not per litre. You only pay more if you exceed the upper limit — in which case we will contact you to discuss an upgrade or split order.
Process & Timeline
How long does the entire process take?
From the day we collect your milk to the day we deliver your powder sachets: 10–14 working days. You will receive WhatsApp updates when your batch enters processing, when freeze-drying is complete, and when your order is dispatched.
Can I add more milk after I've placed my order?
Yes, within the same collection. If you anticipate having more milk ready in the next few days before our pickup, let us know via WhatsApp and we will try to accommodate the additional volume. Once your batch has entered processing, we cannot add to it — but we can schedule a second collection for a new batch.
How will I be updated during the process?
Your assigned WhatsApp coordinator will keep you updated throughout the entire process. You'll receive notifications when we confirm pickup, when your batch enters freeze-drying, when processing is complete, and when your order is dispatched. You can ask questions anytime via WhatsApp.
What's the fastest turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround is 10–14 working days. The Supersaver Pack qualifies for priority processing with an 8–12 working day turnaround. During peak times, this may extend slightly, but we always prioritise speed and quality.
Quality & Safety
How do I know I'll get my own milk back?
Every batch of milk is assigned a unique ID the moment it is collected. Your milk is processed in a completely dedicated run — never combined with any other mother's milk. Every sachet in your delivery is printed with your name and batch ID. We also return your original milk bags so you can cross-reference volumes.
Does freeze-drying destroy nutrients?
No — this is one of the biggest advantages of freeze-drying over other preservation methods. The process uses no heat whatsoever. Antibodies (IgA, IgG, IgM), probiotics (Lactobacillus), proteins, fats, and all bioactive components remain intact. Studies show >95% retention of immunological properties.
What is the shelf life of freeze-dried milk?
Your freeze-dried breastmilk powder is stable for up to 3 years when stored at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Once you open a sachet and begin using it, consume the powder within 2 hours of reconstitution for food safety.
What about sanitation and hygiene standards?
We follow pharmaceutical-grade sanitation protocols. All equipment is sterilised between batches, and we maintain strict quality control throughout the freeze-drying process. Your milk never comes into contact with equipment used for other batches.
How does the money-back guarantee work?

Preparation & Use
How do I reconstitute the powder for feeding?
Prepare a bottle of warm water at approximately 45°C and add the powder in the amount indicated on the sachet label. Stir gently until fully dissolved — about 20–30 seconds. Feed immediately. Once opened, consume within 2 hours. Do not microwave.
What's the minimum amount of milk I need?
The minimum is approximately 150ml (about 5oz) for our Trial Pack. We recommend at least 300ml for a meaningful result. There is no maximum — our Supersaver Pack handles up to 30L.
Can I use the powder in formula or food?
Yes! One of the best features of freeze-dried breastmilk powder is its versatility. You can sprinkle it into formula for a nutrition boost, or mix it into purées and soft foods as your baby starts solids. This is a wonderful way to extend the benefits of your milk beyond bottle feeding.
Can I store it in the freezer or fridge after reconstitution?
Once reconstituted, the milk should be treated like fresh breastmilk. Consume within 2 hours at room temperature, or store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. You can also freeze reconstituted milk in ice cube trays for later use, following standard breastmilk storage guidelines.
Does it solve lipase issues?
Yes! If your frozen milk smells soapy, metallic, or bitter—and your baby refuses it—high lipase is the culprit. Freeze-drying neutralises excess lipase activity completely, so your baby will accept every feed. This is one of the most common reasons mothers choose our service.
