Will I get my own milk back, guaranteed?
Absolutely, your milk is processed in its own completely dedicated freeze drying run. No other milk shares the chamber. Every sachet is printed with the exact reconstitution amount for your milk.
How long does the process take?
From the day we collect your milk to the day we deliver: 30-60 working days. Supersaver orders are prioritised and typically completed in 30-45 working days.
How do I reconstitute the powder?
Each sachet is printed with the exact amount of water needed for reconstitution, based on your selected feed size. Simply add warm water at around 40–45°C, gently mix, and feed.
What areas do you cover?
We currently provide home pickup and delivery across West Malaysia. For Singapore and other locations outside West Malaysia, services are subject to logistics coverage. Please contact us first so we can check courier availability and suitable cold-chain delivery arrangements.
