Are there any hidden fees?

No. Your package price covers everything: home pickup in insulated transport, pharmaceutical-grade freeze-drying, quality checking, custom sachet filling and labeling, packaging, and home delivery. The price you see is the price you pay.

How do I know which package is right for me?

Use our Volume Calculator above. As a guide: Trial (up to ~25 bags of 60ml), Starter (up to ~80 bags of 60ml), Essential (up to ~250 bags of 60ml), Supersaver (everything above). If you're unsure, WhatsApp us — we're happy to help you estimate.

What if my milk volume exceeds my chosen package?

We'll contact you before processing to discuss options. You can upgrade to the next package, or we can process two separate batches at the respective package rates. We never process more volume than your package allows without your consent and payment.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

How do I pay?

Payment is arranged via WhatsApp after your order is confirmed and before pickup. We accept bank transfer (all major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go e-wallet, and DuitNow. Payment confirms your booking slot.
