Common Pricing Questions
How do I know which package is right for me?
Use our Volume Calculator above to determine how much frozen EBM you have to be converted into freeze dried breastmilk. If you're unsure, WhatsApp us and we'll be happy to help you estimate.
What if my milk volume exceeds my chosen package?
We'll contact you before processing to discuss options. You can upgrade to the next package, or we can process two separate batches at the respective package rates. We never process more volume than your package allows without your consent and payment.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Are there any hidden fees?
No. Your package price & delivery covers everything: home pickup in insulated transport, pharmaceutical-grade freeze drying, quality checking, custom sachet filling and labeling, packaging, and home delivery.
How do I pay?
Payment is through Stripe and we will WhatsApp after your order is confirmed and before pickup. We accept bank transfer (all major Malaysian banks), and DuitNow. Payment confirms your booking slot.
