Do I need a large following to apply?
No. The Breastmilk Company ambassador program is built for people of all audience sizes. What matters is authenticity and alignment with our mission, not follower count. A trusted recommendation from you to 5 close friends is often more valuable than a post seen by thousands of strangers.
Do I need to have used the service myself?
No, but we recommend it. If you haven't tried freeze-drying yet, we can arrange for you to experience it. Many of our best ambassadors are customers, but we welcome people who understand the mission and want to educate others.
What if I don't know what to say when I'm sharing?
We provide everything: fact sheets, talking points tailored to different audiences (oversupply, lipase issues, travel, returning to work, etc.), ready-to-share graphics, email templates, and Instagram captions. You can use them word-for-word or customize them. You're never left figuring it out alone.
How exactly does the commission work?
You earn 5% on every order placed using your code. The commission is calculated on the final price the customer pays (after their 10% discount). For example:
  • Starter Pack: Customer pays RM539 → You earn RM27
  • Essential Pack: Customer pays RM1,169 → You earn RM58
  • Supersaver Pack: Customer pays RM1,709 → You earn RM85
Trial Pack does not offer the discount, so it's not recommended for referrals.
When do I get paid?
We review commissions at the end of each calendar month and process payouts within 2 weeks. January sales = paid by mid-February. February sales = paid by mid-March. Any amount earned is paid out (no minimum threshold). Payment is via bank transfer.
How do I track my orders and earnings?
You'll have access to a simple ambassador dashboard where you can see in real-time:
  • Your unique ambassador code
  • Orders placed using your code this month
  • Your total commission earned
  • Payment history
Can I lose my ambassador status?
Our program is built on trust. As long as you're honest with your audience and don't make misleading claims (e.g., "this cures everything" or false medical claims), your status is secure. We value integrity first.
How long does the application review process take?
Applications are reviewed by our team manually within 1 week. You'll hear from us via WhatsApp or email with your unique code and next steps.
Do I need to post constantly?
No. Share at a pace that feels authentic to you. Some ambassadors share once a month, others share weekly. Consistency and authenticity matter more than frequency. Quality over quantity.
What kind of content should I create?
Whatever feels true to your voice. Share your personal experience with freeze-dried milk. Answer real questions moms ask you. Educate about the science if that's your angle. Share testimonials from friends. Or simply share your code in a WhatsApp group. There's no prescribed format—just authenticity.
Can I promote on multiple platforms?
Yes. Use your one code everywhere: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, blogs, in-person conversations, professional recommendations. One code, unlimited platforms, unlimited uses.
What's the difference between the ambassador code discount (10%) and the commission I earn (5%)?
Good question. The 10% is a discount we give customers who use your code (so they save money). The 5% is your commission as an ambassador (so you earn money). They're separate. When someone uses your code, SARAH10, they get 10% off their order AND you earn 5% commission. Everyone wins.
